Nothing to do with availability of referees or linesmen, pitch bookings or player availability, or even poor lighting but fixtures were cancelled  and are now on track again. Yes, whether your friends are in low places or you preferr your Martinis shaken, not stirred, both Garth and Bond are back!😂

And so too is the case with our Senior reserve team who will rock up to Kilcullen this evening to play their part in the Championship Semi Final, rescheduled from last week.  Best of luck to all involved.

At home this evening we have a choice of U16 hurling against Sallins, U7 football against Castledermot and U12 football against Rathangan.

Our Senior Ladies got a bye last week from Castlemitchell but are more than ready for the challenge of Round Towers tomorrow evening at home with our U9 girls as supporting act in the morning against Balyna.

The U6s world tour, it's a small world after all, continues tomorrow as 2 teams set out for Ballykelly and 2 teams head to Moorefield.  Fun is guaranteed. Thanks to the roadies, ie coaches, for all the organising involved.

Sunday morning is hurling time at the pitch with U14s taking on Round Towers at 10.30am

The U14 footballers will be on a mission in their Cup Quarter Final on Tuesday at 6.15 in Sallins against Sallins.  Best of luck to players and management.

To round off the week, and indeed the month, the U9s will take on Moorfield at home on Thursday evening.

Our friends, not in low places but in Athgarvan, have requested the use of our pitch thanks to the wonderful lighting for a few weeks.  We are happy to assist them in their training along side our own teams that continue to train nightly whether or not the thunder rolls!
