Tomorrow?  While the typical Leaving Cert warm weather hasn't materialised so far this year,  we are all hoping it will pick up in time for the Family BBQ being held at the club on June 24th. It ties in with the end of juvenile training and the end of exams for most of our members sitting the Leaving and Junior Cert.  There will be fun for all but tickets are limited and can be purchased before June 17th online or by clicking the link below:

On Bank Holiday Monday the club hosted an U10 LGFA County Blitz. Teams from Two Mile House, Rathangan, Castledermot, Moorefield, Ellistown & Monasterevan all took part and delivered a feast of football. There was a big turnout from all clubs and it was great for Two Mile House club to open its doors and welcome the kids and their families from all around the county.  Our young ladies put on a great display, a credit to their coaches.  A big thank you to those who helped out with tea, coffee and goodies.

There was another great display by the U13 girls on Wednesday evening as they went on to win their Division 3 semi-final after extra time. Best of luck in the final to the girls and their coaches.

Tonight the Senior Men will head down to Monasterevan for their league match at 8pm.

Tomorrow the U9 girls take on Milltown at home in the morning while the U11 boys play Ballymore in the afternoon.

Our U10 hurlers are down for a match on Sunday morning.

The U11 girls take on Milltown at home on Monday evening.

For the boys, the even age groups, i.e. U12s, U14, U16s, are ramping up their training with competitions for these age groups about to commence.

You can bet your bottom dollar that Tomorrow, or someday soon, there will be sun shining on at least one lucky jackpot winner.  The massive €8500 that is on offer would surely clear away the cobwebs and the sorrow.  Both Alan Hickey and Sheila Cordonnier did well with their €25 luck dip wins.  Congratulations to you both.  I have lost count of the number of luck dip wins Sheila has had but the big one has still managed to elude her.  Get in with your chance to beat Sheila to it by clicking the link below or on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or on Clubzap.  Save screen time and buy your BBQ tickets at the same time.

Joe might well stick out his chin and grin when he does the draw on Monday evening on Facebook Live at 8pm but I'm not sure even he can say The Sun will come out tomorrow!!

We can only live in hope!
